Reminder that anyone volunteering MUST have a completed background check on file with the school. These do not roll over from year to year, click the Google Form link to submit your authorization. The check is performed by the central office of Lakeshore Public Schools. Form must be completed and on file to participate in on campus events.

Throughout the school year students and staff need our support.  Please use this Google Form to update our volunteer database with contact information as well as make some important selections for volunteer opportunities this school year. As each volunteer opportunity opens, we'll send you a note to register.
